• KCSE certificate with an aggregate minimum of C+ and C (plain) in English and Mathematics
• EACE/KCE/EAACE certificate with a minimum of five credits in any five subjects at the O-level and two principals at A-level.
• BCOM exempt; CPA (K) or CPS or ACCA or a recognized Diploma qualification

KCA University offers MBA program for the postgraduate students. The entry requirements to study an MBA course at KCA University are;

A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with the required work experience or any other equivalent qualification which is approved by the University Senate. The course lasts two years with five trimesters.

Diploma in Business Management

Term 1

• Administration and Registration Fees: KSh 5,500

Term 2, 3, 4, & 5

The school fees are the same for all the five terms with the exception that caution money is paid only in the first term and in the last term, there is an attachment fee of KSh 6,000. The total fee is, therefore, KSh 200,500.

The fee structure for a Diploma in Procurement and Logistics is the same as the one for Diploma in Business Management for all the terms, and the total is KSh 200,500.
